1. Educational Qualification:

Law Degree: You must have a Bachelor of Laws degree from a university established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other university recognized by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh.

Advocate/Barrister: Alternatively, you can be an advocate enrolled under the provisions of the Advocate Act 1961, or a Barrister of England or Northern Ireland, or a Member Faculty of Advocates in Scotland, entitled to practice in the Court or Courts subordinate thereto.
